Located on Lake Winnipesaukee in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire, King Birch Motor Lodge has it all. Experience the most incredible boating you can imagine. Quiet early morning fishing spots, hideaway ski spots, anchor and socialize at numerous sandbars, or enjoy cruising the largest lake in New England.

King Birch Motor Lodge offers the finest in modern, comfortable, air-conditioned accommodations. We offer nine efficiency units and one waterfront cottage. Efficiency units have a full kitchen, queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa, color TV's, and air conditioning.

Boat docking, on-site trailer parking, jet ski moorings and off-street parking are available. Docking and trailer parking on-site must be reserved in advance. A free public boat launch and marina are nearby.

Our season begins May 1 and ends October 31. Peak rental times are between July 1 and Labor Day, as well as holidays and event weeks. Rent by the night or by the week. All units are non-smoking. A 50% deposit is required on all rentals. Sorry, no pets.
